Why are the people that are unable to afford to take care of themselves having more and more babies? Is it the way to "make" money by "making" babies? First baby out of wedlock...slight help...second out of wedlock....MONEY GETS REVOKED. Who will you blame? The government that will not support children or the idiots that create the children knowing full well they can not afford to feed them?
