ONE of the biggest reasons why people could not get out ! Mayor Nagin failed in his duties to provide direction and leadership in this disaster.
The Mayor of New Orleans will never own up to his failure in handleing this terible situation, nor will the governor. They are looking for someone else to blame for their mishandled situation.
